We want you to love every toy you purchase from Toy Tribe. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help!

✅ Change of Mind

If you’ve changed your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. You’ll receive a store credit once the item is returned in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.

• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return deliveries.

✅ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at toytribenz@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and a clear photo of the item.

• We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, and we’ll cover the return shipping cost if the fault is ours.

• Replacements are subject to stock availability.

❌ Final Sale Items

Please note that sale items are non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty.

Toy Tribe reserves the right to reject returns outside the 30-day window or items not in original condition. Items that don’t meet our return criteria will not be refunded or returned back.
